Terms of Service

Effective · May 26, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between gajami (the "Operator") and users in connection with use of the mobile game "딸깍 (Keycap)" (the "App") provided by the Operator.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • App · The "Keycap" mobile application and all ancillary services provided by the Operator.
  • User · Any person who uses the App pursuant to these Terms.
  • Paid content · Any virtual goods, items, or services in the App that a user obtains in exchange for payment, classified as follows.
    • Consumable content · Content that is consumed immediately upon use, such as diamonds and gacha boxes. Remaining balances are stored on the user's device.
    • Permanent content (entitlement) · A one-time purchase that applies permanently, such as ad removal or starter pack. Linked to the user's Apple ID or Google account and recoverable on other devices of the same account via the "Restore Purchases" feature.
  • In-app purchase · Purchasing paid content within the App via the Apple App Store or Google Play payment system.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification)

① These Terms take effect when posted within the App or on this page.

② The Operator may modify these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, with advance notice of the changes and effective date.

③ If a user does not agree to the modified Terms, the user may stop using the App and uninstall it.

Article 4 (Service Offering)

The Operator provides users with the following services:

  • Virtual keycap clicker and storage of progress data
  • Keycap customization ("Cap-Ggu")
  • Keycap collection / catalog
  • Other features made available through the App by the Operator

Article 5 (Use of the Service)

① The App can be used without sign-up; gameplay data is stored on the user's device.

② The Operator may modify all or part of the features in order to improve service quality.

Article 6 (Paid Content and Payment)

① Some content in the App is offered for a fee. Payment is processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play payment system.

② The price and content of paid items are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.

③ Charges are billed in accordance with each store's policy and the payment method set up by the user.

④ Purchases by minors (under 19 in Korea) · If a minor makes an in-app purchase without parental or legal-guardian consent, the legal guardian may request cancellation by demonstrating that the purchase was made without consent. Cancellation and refunds are processed in accordance with the policies of the relevant store (Apple App Store / Google Play).

Article 7 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refund)

① A user may request withdrawal of subscription within 7 days from the date of purchase of paid content. However, withdrawal is restricted in the following cases pursuant to Article 17(2) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., and Article 27 of the Content Industry Promotion Act of the Republic of Korea.

  • Consumable content already used or partially consumed (diamonds spent, gacha boxes opened, etc.)
  • Content that has been used or delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be restored
  • Content for which the user has expressly waived the right of withdrawal and which the user has immediately used

② Permanent content (entitlements such as ad removal or starter pack) may be withdrawn within 7 days of purchase if not yet used. Minors who purchased without parental consent may request cancellation regardless of whether the content has been used.

③ Withdrawal and refund requests are to be submitted via the store where the purchase was made (Apple App Store / Google Play). The refund-handling standards and timelines of each store apply.

④ If a user makes a payment by fraudulent means or misuses paid content, the Operator may revoke the payment / content or restrict use.

Article 8 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following:

  • Use of the App by abnormal means (macros, automation tools, memory tampering, etc.)
  • Interference with the normal operation of the App or unauthorized modification of game data
  • Infringing the rights of the Operator or third parties, or violating applicable law

Article 9 (Suspension and Modification of the Service)

① The Operator may temporarily suspend or modify all or part of the service in unavoidable circumstances such as system maintenance or replacement, communication failures, or natural disasters.

② If permanent termination of the service becomes necessary, the Operator will give at least 30 days' prior notice in the App or on this page of the reason, timing, and measures available to users. In such cases, refunds and other measures for unused paid content (in particular, remaining diamond balances) will be carried out in accordance with applicable law and the Standard Terms for Mobile Games.

Article 10 (Game Data Management)

① Gameplay data (diamond / coin balances, keycaps held, catalog progress, etc.) is stored on the user's device and is not separately backed up on the Operator's server.

② If iOS iCloud Backup or Android Auto Backup is enabled, gameplay data may be restored together when restoring on a device using the same Apple ID or Google account. If backup is disabled and the user uninstalls the App, reinstalls it, or resets the device, on-device gameplay data is lost.

③ Permanent content (entitlements such as ad removal or starter pack) is linked to the user's Apple ID or Google account and can be restored via the in-app "Restore Purchases" feature on a new device or after reinstallation.

④ The Operator is not responsible for loss of gameplay data arising from the user's device environment, such as app deletion, device change or reset, or disabled backups. Data management is the user's responsibility.

Article 10-2 (Advertising)

① The App displays advertising via Google AdMob in order to be offered free of charge. Some information such as advertising identifiers is processed during ad display; details are governed by the Privacy Policy.

② Users may permanently disable interstitial and banner ads by purchasing the paid "Ad-Free" item. Rewarded ads (which grant rewards on viewing) are watched voluntarily by the user and are therefore excluded from ad removal.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

① The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not responsible for issues arising from the user's device environment or third-party services.

② The Operator is not responsible for any failure of a user to obtain the expected benefits from using the App, or for damages arising from information obtained through the App.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)

① These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

② In the event of a dispute between the Operator and a user arising in connection with use of the App, the parties shall negotiate in good faith for amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, suit may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms take effect on May 26, 2026. The previous Terms (2026-05-22) cease to be effective upon the effective date of these Terms.
